Seizing the opportunity of the opening of Hong Kong tourism doors, we work hard to revitalise and present Hong Kong’s brandnew experiences to welcome back our visitors. We also roll out a global promotional campaign with a view to teaming up with various sectors across the city to drive the full revival of Hong Kong’s tourism together.As we embark on this ambitious journey, we invite passionate young talents to join our Internship Programme to work alongside industry professionals, while you will be assigned to one of the below functions.FUNCTIONSBusiness Development works with trade partners to enhance visitors experience, organises events and programmes to connect HK and overseas trades, creates programmes to entice visitors to visit HK, and promotes shops and restaurantsCorporate Affairs engages and cooperates with local and overseas media to generate positive awareness and entice participation in HKTB’s events and corporate initiatives, cultivate the ravishing image of HK through stakeholder managementCorporate Services provides professional financial, procurement, and legal suggestions to business functions to enhance compliance to safeguardEvent Product Development develops events to strengthen HKs worldwide position, formulates promotion strategies for third parties megaevents, and formulates and executes the event partnership and sponsorship strategiesHuman Resources Administration supports various functions by recruiting talents, establishing and reviewing policies, managing compensation, benefits and staff performance, formulating staff engagement, learning and development initiatives, and monitoring office administration and facilities maintenanceInternal Audit assures the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and ascertains overall compliance against established policies and proceduresMarketing formulates and executes brand marketing, digital marketing and content development strategies to promote HK with an enticing brand proposition and ignite interest in every single travellerMICE Cruise reinforces HK as the worlds meeting place and Asias cruise hub by promoting MICE venues, products and experiences, provides support for trade partners and cruise lines, and promotes regional cooperationStrategic Planning Insights formulates business strategies and key business priorities to support management’s decisionmaking, and leads the budget planning and monitoring process to ensure effective use of resources and identify new opportunitiesTechnology Digital Transformation implements and facilitates the flow of information through the company with functions of technology transformation, infrastructure security, digital transformation, and data strategyWHAT WE OFFERA 3month 6month 1year fulltime development path from June 2023 onwardsLearning opportunities through orientation, regular catchup, meeting with senior management, and mentorshipEquip you well with knowledge and skillsets through daily operations, coordination, administrative, and adhoc tasks of various projectsChances to engage in megaprograms or eventsYOU MUST BEHAVEUndergraduate or Master’s degree students in any discipline with less than 1 year of fulltime work experienceProficient in both spoken and written English and ChineseKnowledgeable in MS Office applicationsHaving relevant work experience and engagement in extracurriculum activities is a plusPassionate to develop tourism in Hong KongApply NowApplication MethodIf you are passionate about our mission and believe you are the one we are looking for, please complete the Application Form by clicking Apply Now.
